Shipping Details

Ships Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Closed on weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
Shipping carriers: FedEx, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground
Shipping costs may adjust due to box size or delivery method

📦 Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged:

Inspect the package before signing for it.
Report any visible damage to the delivery driver.
Retain all packaging and damaged items.
Email theshellconnection@gmail.com with photos.
File a claim with the delivery carrier.

Note: Once the shipment leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

🔁 Returns

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide invoice number, item number, and reason for return (with photos).
Returns must be received within 7 days.
Return label cost and a 25% restocking fee may apply.

No restocking fee if the error was on our part or the item is unopened and returned intact.
